I am making a miniseries on our website about our pets! They are so important to us and have been such a source of love and joy throughout the years. Today, you will meet Evvy!
Evvy was my mixed breed rabbit that I adopted from my college in 2006. She was meek and adorable to start with, but her sassy-ness showed through soon after. She loved pouncing on the food and water bowls as you changed them, lunging at you while grunting, and picking up and tossing her toys around. She mostly had it out for my roommate Amanda. 😉 Evvy was litter box trained, but we only cautiously let her roam free, as she loved chewing cords. One wire away from electrocution on a phone charger stopped her free reign and we got a fence for her. Evvy was great amusement to the cats. They loved watching her. If they got too close to her though, she would chase them down and bite. She was a bit of a biter. At least she would grunt her warning before she went for you. Other times she was super sweet and would let you snuggle her. Her fur was super soft and she loved getting between her ears rubbed. She also had a passion for chewing sticks. Evvy was a sassy wabbit who passed away in 2013. Thanks Evvy for all the love and entertainment throughout the years. You kept us guessing and the cats loved you!
