We have had an exciting last two weeks. In addition to working, we took a few mini vacations on the weekend. Last Sunday we went with our friends up the coast to Cottage Point for brunch, then a boating and swimming adventure. There were huge jellyfish that were amazing! The water was great and it was a wonderful day. We stopped at Palm Beach on the way back for a climb to the light house.

This past weekend we did our first parkrun tourism trip. We went with few of our friends 2 hours up the coast to Newcastle to do the Newy parkrun and enjoy the weekend up there. The parkrun itself was very wet and rainy, but it cleared up after that and we took a lovely coastal walk. We had a nice dinner at a eclectic Japanese restaurant followed by gelato. Sunday we visited the Newcastle markets, then made a stop in the Hunter Valley wine region for a tasting and lunch. We then hurried back to Sydney for Brandon and I to help out with Youth Mass at our church. All in all, a great weekend spend in great company. The weather has been so nice up until yesterday, it has cooled down considerably and the wind is cool. Autumn is here!! Enjoy the pictures!!
