As of September first it is officially Spring here in Sydney, but here is what we were up to in August which was still Winter. Flowers were still blooming and the plants were mostly green yet as is winter here in such a temperate climate. We had a lot of fun times out and about. Nerina introduced me to Italian Hot Cocoa at an Italian dessert cafe. Some of us girls did a Progressive Feast Secret Foodies Event that brought us to three restaurants in the Sydney CBD for each course accompanied by paired drinks. Super delicious and fun! Brandon planned a “date day” for us to hike around the water in the inner west. The weather was beautiful and we ended up going over 10kms. We then had an amazing weekend in the Blue Mountains at Katura. https://www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/42477980?source_impression_id=p3_1600825159_AS2fXsqufXdoZudc We hiked, ate, drank, spa-ed, played games, watched some classic Rom Coms, did wine tastings and had so much fun. It even snowed which was so magical being in Australia. It was a chilly weekend, but we were in the best environment to enjoy it. Huge thanks and congrats to Fi and family for hosting us at Katura. Such an amazing home!! Brandon and I got cool masks off of Etsy for going out and about on public transport. A few weeks later, I took the ferry into the city to meet friends for drinks and snacks in an igloo! It was super cool and a great, relaxing afternoon. Enjoy the pictures and wishing you all well!
