Hi all and happy June to you! My June started out good, but has gone south this weekend with the death of Caprica. Both May and June had been great; filled with outings with friends and lost of exercise, both at the pool, parkrun and doing classes with Nerina. We celebrated Mother’s Day and Father’s Day talking to our families, took off on our Wedding Anniversary for a hike and nice meals, then Caprica became unwell and passed away in the span of a day. She was an old cat, with lots of health problems we were managing with Chinese Herbs. We are still quite broken about her loss. I feel our house feels a bit sad and quiet with out her. It will be a change to only have one cat. Today is my dad’s 70th Birthday in the US and my family from CO will be coming to WI shortly. I am sad to miss this time with family and the nice weather of WI summer. I am feeling quite reflective at the moment with so much going on. It does help to be in lockdown as well and have no plans besides work. More time to think about things and realized how blessed I am. A big thank you to everyone who has reached out about Caprica.
